1. Accept the terms

3. Your registration obligations

4. User account, password and security

4.2 You shall be fully responsible for all actions of using your account. You agree:

3) You are fully responsible for the damage caused to you, PTEGO or a third party by all actions of using your account, including the situation where you have not kept your account or password.
4.3 Since the user's personal information can be obtained through the account, and the ownership of the account belongs to PTEGO, except for the express provisions of the law, without the consent of PTEGO, the user may not transfer, sell or lend the account to others for use.

4.4 If you have not logged into the PTEGO platform for six consecutive months and there is no valid business that has not expired, PTEGO has the right to restrict your use of your account. The adverse consequences caused by this shall be borne by you

4.5 If you choose to bind a PTEGO account with a third-party account, in addition to unbinding the relationship yourself, if any of the following situations occurs, your bound third-party account may also be unbound and PTEGO does not need to You or any third party bears any responsibility:

2) You violate the third-party account user agreement or related regulations;

5. User personal information protection

The registration information you provide and other information about you retained by PTEGO will be protected by relevant Chinese laws. PTEGO will collect, store, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with Chinese laws and the provisions of this agreement.

5.2 In general, you can browse and modify your information on PTEGO at any time, but for security and identification considerations, you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration.

6. Responsibilities of the provider
6.1 In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, PTEGO hereby solemnly reminds you that any text, music, pictures, graphics, videos or other materials (hereinafter referred to as "content") published or uploaded through this service, whether publicly or non-publicly , Are the responsibility of the content provider. 9. User behavior
9.1 You should abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and agree to take full responsibility for any behavior and results of using this service by using your login account in any way. If your behavior violates national laws, you will bear all legal liabilities in accordance with the law; if it is suspected of constituting a crime, the judicial authority will pursue your criminal responsibility, and PTEGO.com will cooperate in strict accordance with the obligations of the law and the requirements of the judicial authority. At the same time, if PTEGO has reason to believe that any of your actions, including but not limited to any of your remarks or other actions, violate or may violate any provisions of national laws and regulations, PTEGO may terminate the service to you at any time without any prior notice.

9.2 You agree that you will not use this service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:
