User Agreement
I. Parties to the Agreement and Scope of Application
Welcome to visit and use PTEGO (ptego.com).
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into by Wuhan Feifan Pearson Education Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "PTEGO") and you (hereinafter referred to as "User") in respect of your use of the internet information services provided by the PC web version of PTEGO.
This Agreement shall only apply to the website services of the PC web version of PTEGO, and shall not apply to any mobile applications (APPs) or third-party platform services.
II. Acceptance and Amendment of the Agreement
Your access, registration, login or use of the PTEGO website services shall constitute your full reading, understanding and acceptance of all the contents of this Agreement.
If you disagree with any clause of this Agreement, please immediately cease using the relevant services provided by PTEGO.
We reserve the right to amend the contents of this Agreement in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations or business adjustments. The amended Agreement shall be published and take effect on the website pages, and your continued use of the services shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
III. User Registration and Account Management
Users may be required to register an account and provide necessary registration information before using some services.
Users shall ensure the authenticity, legality and validity of the information provided, and update the relevant information in a timely manner.
Users shall properly keep their account and password information. The user shall bear the corresponding liabilities for any account or information leakage caused by the user's own reasons.
Users shall not transfer, lend or provide their accounts to others for use.
IV. User Code of Conduct
In the course of using PTEGO services, users shall comply with the national laws and regulations as well as social public order and good morals, and shall not engage in the following acts:
Publishing or disseminating illegal, irregular or harmful information;
Infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights;
Using the website to engage in any illegal activities;
Interfering with or damaging the normal operation of the website;
Other acts in violation of laws, regulations or the provisions of this Agreement.
In the event that a user violates the above provisions, we reserve the right to take measures including but not limited to deleting relevant contents, restricting or terminating services in accordance with laws and regulations.
V. Service Content and Liability Statement
PTEGO provides internet information services to users, and the specific service content shall be subject to the actual display on the website.
We shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the stable operation of the website, but shall not be liable for any service interruption caused by network conditions, system maintenance, force majeure and other reasons.
Users shall independently judge and bear the risks arising from the use of website information or services.
VI. Intellectual Property Rights
PTEGO website and its contents (including but not limited to words, pictures, page designs, etc.) shall enjoy the corresponding intellectual property rights in accordance with the law.
Without our prior written permission, no entity or individual may reproduce, disseminate, modify or use the above contents for other commercial purposes without authorization.

VIII. Change, Interruption and Termination of Services
We reserve the right to adjust or upgrade the website service content according to the actual situation.
In the event of service interruption or termination due to legal requirements or force majeure, we shall make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
If a user needs to stop using the services, the user may cease accessing the website on their own or cancel the account in accordance with the relevant rules.
IX. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure, network reasons or the user's own acts.
X. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The conclusion, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by the parties through friendly negotiation; in case no settlement can be reached through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction over the place where the company is located.
